Van H. Potter – President, CEO, Director
Van Potter has over 30 years of experience as a technology executive with a focus on the development of early stage business including former CEO of InPlay Technologies (NASDAQ: NPLA), and VP of Business Development at Pixtronix; VP Business Development of International DisplayWorks (NASDAQ), Three Five Systems Senior vice President (NYSE). Mr. Potter has significant experience in financing, growing, and creating shareholder value.

Brian Cameron – CFO, Director
Brian Cameron has over 30 years’ experience as CFO for companies engaged in manufacturing, product development, and technology commercialization. Mr. Cameron an extensive background in capital formation, corporate structures and alternative financing plans and strategies for early stage enterprises. Leveraging his former background as a securities regulatory in Canada, Mr. Cameron has adopted both tools and processes to facilitate public listings and access to the Canadian public markets for US based issuers. Mr. Cameron is a credentialed accountant.


Michael Bartlett – Executive Chairman
Michael Bartlett has been providing corporate leadership, strategic planning, capital structure, fundraising, project management, corporate sponsorships, marketing and government relations services for private and public start-up and growth companies since 1990. Mr. Bartlett’s career spanned many C level appointments in the theme park industry and was either a key participant or President and CEO for developing regional and national theme parks throughout the world and World’s Fairs and Science Centers in the United States and Canada. In Canada he served as President and CEO for the development and operation of Canada’s Wonderland in Toronto and President and CEO of Expo ’86 in Vancouver, BC. EXPO ’86 attracted 55 countries, 20 corporate sponsors and 22 million visitors over the six month run of the fair. After EXPO ’86, he was recruited to be Senior VP for the development of Universal Studios in Orlando, FL. Michael Bartlett has been providing corporate leadership, strategic planning, capital structure, fundraising, project management, corporate sponsorships, marketing and government relations services for private and public start-up and growth companies since 1990. Mr. Bartlett served as Chairman of the Board of Clearant, Inc. a research and development company that raised and spent over $80 million to establish a platform technology that non-intrusively sterilizes a wide range of biologic and non-biologic products. The platform technology is referred to as the Clearant Process®. During this time period he also served as President and CEO for Indico Technologies, Inc. a public Bio-Tech company that produced radiation tags that provided quality control to verify that biologic products were properly sterilized with gamma radiation. Mr. Bartlett also served on the Board of Directors and as Chairman of the Audit Committee of Wealth Minerals, Inc. a rare earth and uranium mining exploration company listed for trading on the Toronto Stock Exchange.

Honorable Ed Holder, P.C., ICD.D – Director
Ed Holder was elected as a Member of Parliament with the Government of Canada in 2008, serving with Prime Minister Stephen Harper. From May 2014 to October 2015, he served in the prestigious role of Minister of State (Science and Technology). During his seven year tenure as a federal Member of Parliament, he also sat on the Standing Committee on International Trade, the Standing Committee on Transportation, Infrastructure and Communities, and served as Chair of the Canada-UK Parliamentary Group. He is a member of the Privy Council of Canada. Mr. Holder brings to the Company an extensive background in corporate governance and serves as a member of the Institute of Corporate Directors, internationally acclaimed for its contribution to excellence in corporate directorships. He has the distinction of being named Valedictorian of the Institute’s Fall 2016 graduates. Mr. Holder founded Ontario West Insurance Agency in September 1981, which merged with Stevenson & Hunt Insurance Brokers. He served as President of the merged firms for nine years before his election to federal Parliament in 2008. Under his stewardship Stevenson & Hunt grew into one of Canada’s largest independent insurance brokerage businesses with offices in four cities offering full lines of insurance and financial protection. Mr. Holder graduated from the University of Western Ontario with a Bachelor of Arts degree (Philosophy) in 1976. In addition, he has earned many additional professional designations and acknowledgements during his extensive career both in private industry and public service. He is national Board Chair of the Sunshine Foundation of Canada, serving young people with severe physical disabilities and life-threatening illnesses, as well as Patron of St. John Ambulance, South-western Ontario.

Jeff Wareham - Director
Mr. Wareham brings over 25 years of financial industry experience to Certive. Mr. Wareham graduated from The University of Western Ontario with degrees in English and economics.
